All our soups are homemade from scratch, we use no processed soup bases, most soups are made with vegetable stock unless fish is mentioned.

  • Tomato, leek and roasted garlic soup
  • Minestrone
  • Three onion and three cheese soup
  • Carmalized beet borscht, balsamic glaze, rich yogourt and dill
  • Tom Yum soup, a delicious light Thai prawn soup, lemongrass, lime, ginger and chili broth
  • Gingered butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds
  • Creamy potato and leek soup with crisp onion garnish
  • Cream wild mushroom and thyme soup with truffle oil
  • Cream asparagus soup with parmesan pine nut crisp
  • Roasted fennel and tomato soup with a touch of Pernod
  • Creamed corn and squash chowder
