We are a husband and wife team, Dave and Karen Kay. We have been cooking up delicious meals in Whistler since 1982 and started Kaytering Whistler in 1988. Not only do we cook up the fantastic, fresh food but we serve, host and welcome you to Whistler. We bring you over 60 years combined experience in the hospitality industry as certified Red Seal Chefs for the past 30 years with a passion to make sure your special event is perfect. We specialize in personal custom catering and will do everything we can to create the perfect meal for you, providing first class service with a very personal touch. Since 1988, we have been cooking up meals for Whistler guests and locals alike. We have catered over 100 weddings, many commercial shoots and film crew meals, corporate events, staff parties and have been private Chalet Chefs for people from all over the world. In addition we have been providing many of the Whistler cafés with fine baked goods. As well we offer private and group cooking classes, with an array of menus ranging from vegan to decadent for you to choose.
We believe in using fresh, unprocessed quality ingredients that are locally grown and all of our food is made from scratch. In the Whistler summer we grow fresh organic herbs, edible flowers and vegetables to compliment our food.
