Menus – Cocktail

All menu items are homemade in our kitchen. Minimum 2 dozen order of an individual item.

Hot bites:

  • Sautéed garlic Sambuca prawns
  • Sautéed raspberry garlic chipotle prawns
  • Shrimp corn cakes with mango chutney
  • Red curry, crab and shrimp cakes
  • Citrus crab cakes with peach salsa
  • Hot crab and cream cheese stuffed mushroom caps
  • Baked scallops wrapped in smoky bacon
  • Spicy chicken satay with coconut curry peanut sauce
  • Teriyaki chicken satay
  • Spanakapitas, spinach and feta wrapped in fillo
  • Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and fillo, baked
  • Baked Panko crusted Japanese eggplant, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella
  • Leek, caramelized onion and bacon galettes
  • Roquefort and caramelized onion tart
  • Smoked salmon, leek and arugula galettes
  • Baked puff pastry, goat cheese and raspberry chipotle onion marmalade
  • Melted goat brie, sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions and pine nuts
  • Baked brie, port soaked sundried blueberries, wrapped in pastry
  • Hot crab and cheese dip with tortilla chips

Cold bites:

  • Potato chive pancakes, smoked salmon, lemon caper cream cheese, dill and red onion
  • Seared beef crostini, caramelized onion and balsamic marmalade
  • Ahi tuna tartare, wrapped in thin cucumber, spicy mayonnaise, black sesame seeds
  • Sesame seared albacore tuna, daikon bed, and chili ponzu sauce
  • Roasted mushroom, olive and sundried tomato tapenade, crostini
  • Three cheese torte, our special blend of cheese, layered with sundried tomatoes and pesto, roasted garlic garnish and fresh bread
